I am so happy with the training my daughter received from Coach Aj. She was so happy when got home to tell me about her session and “homework “ to keep up with what she’d learned. She will be back for more training from Coach Aj, Thank you!😃

Coach AJ is patient, and knowledgeable. He listens to your feedback and communicates what he is working on with your child. My son Karter has been working with Coach AJ for only a few weeks and I’ve seen a positive improvement in his confidence, skills, and work ethic. Karter always looks forward to training with AJ and I’m looking forward to having Karter train with him this off season.

Coach Aj is a great coach/trainer. He always breaks it down for my son so he understands and learns. I also love that he does agility training. If your looking for a great program, I highly recommend him.

I can’t say enough great stuff about AJ and the A8 program. AJ pushes you to new limits in strength, speed and in sport. His creativity makes every session new and fresh while still improving on every technicality needed to succeed.

AJ is great with my kids. He is always prepared to coach and push them to achieve their goals. His interaction with them is fun yet focused on their training which creates a good balance for them not to feel burnt out! He is creative enough to switch things up and yet still work on their touches using different drills. As far as scheduling, it is extremely easy to set up, and when you send him a message he responds to you in a very timely manner, which helps with everyone’s busy schedules.
